This Barbados villa rental is situated just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Glitter Bay Hotel & the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel on the fabulous West Coast of Barbados. Pavilion Grove is a gated development of six villas.

Pavilion Grove 4 is a Barbados villa complete with 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and the other three upstairs.

All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans and are equipped with hair dryers and a safe. All upstairs bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the ground floor bedroom shares the powder room which is equipped with a shower.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and large shower. Bedroom No. 2 has a double bed and a shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom also has a double bed but comes with a shower only.

The living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room are all on the ground floor. The kitchen comes fully equipped for holiday rentals.

The living room is complete with cable TV, DVD player and is air conditioned with ceiling fans. It opens onto a terrace both at the side and the front of the villa. To the side there is a sun deck with a large plunge pool, BBQ and sun loungers.
