The magnificent west coast beach is a mere 3 minutes walk and numerous restaurants, shops and hotel facilities are within a walk or short drive.

The villa has two large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds (can be made into a king size double). Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and an en-suite bathroom.

The lounge and dining area (with study desk) open out via two sets of double doors onto a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, with table, chairs and barbeque – a perfect place for dining or relaxing in the shade. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided on the pool deck.

The villa also has a fully equipped modern kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee maker.

Bower Fold has been built to a traditional chattel house style, with polished hardwood floors, high pickled pine ceilings and coral lights.
