Helios Villa, Paphos, Cyprus

The luxurious Helios Villa is set within the hills near Paphos and offers stunning views of the sea. 

It is a detached villa with self contained guest cottage situated in the picturesque village of Stephanie near Tala and the historic St. Neophytos Monastry.  The villa and cottage stand in pleasant landscaped gardens, with steps leading down to a large pool surrounded by a wide terrace and a lower garden with children's play area.

The front entrance to the villa opens into a marble hallway with wide steps leading down into the spacious sitting room that is pleasantly furnished and has a television, video and CD system. There is a separate dining area, though you may find you don't use this - most guests prefer to eat outside under the old carob tree.

The main house has three bedrooms with a further two in the guest cottage. Of the three in the main house, two are double bedded while the third has two double bunks - ideal for large family groups. The cottage has one double bedded and one twin bedded room.

There is also a study area on the first floor of the main house.

The master bedroom in the main house has its own en suite bathroom with a second bathroom shared between the other two bedrooms. The cottage has a shower room.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The kitchen is fitted and comes fully equipped including fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.  Just inside the cottage is a laundry room, with washing machine and tumble dryer.  

French doors open out of the villa on to a patio above the beautiful swimming pool with views of the gardens and a specially designed children’s play area.  Set under a 100 year old Carob tree, the dining area just outside the kitchen includes a built in barbeque - perfect for entertaining as well as keeping an eye on the children.

Car hire is recommended so you can take full advantage of this superb island.  However, there are several restaurants within easy walking distance if you don’t want to travel far at night. There is also a very good takeaway in the village for those lazy evenings.

 

With the lovely sandy beach of Coral Bay only about a fifteen-minute drive away and Paphos just 5km away it is an idyllic location for that perfect holiday for you and the family.
