The holiday villa is of split level design with 4 bedrooms located on the edge of the ravine at Aphrodite Hills and is within walking distance of all the amenities at Aphrodite Hills.

It has two large double and two twin bedrooms. Two of these have en-suite facilities. The master bedroom and other double room enjoy private balconies, whilst the lower level bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool area. This bedroom also comes with its own TV, DVD player and SKY satellite access.

The villa itself is very well furnished with the lounge and dining areas connecting. Both lead out on to the patio. The lounge has plentiful seating and comes with a large plasma screen TV mounted on the wall, with full Sky Sports satellite package and DVD player.

The dining area features a lovely wooden table with enough seating for 8 people. The modern kitchen at the villa is fully equipped including oven, hob and dishwasher.
