It is located near to the clubhouse and adjacent to hole number 2 of the Aphrodite Hills Championship Golf Course. It is also conveniently located near to shops, tennis centre, spa and the gym.
The villa has six large double bedrooms and three of these have en-suite facilities. Five of the villa bedrooms can be used as double rooms or twin rooms. The ground floor bedrooms open directly on to the swimming pool terrace whilst the upper level bedrooms all have their own balcony.
The vanishing egde swimming pool is fully heated (heating extra) although this is certainly not needed during the summer months. There is also your very own hot tub which is cleverly positioned above the pool so it can take in all the wonderful views across the gorge and out to sea. The pool area also has a sizeable sunbathing terrace and patio, which has a lovely seating area with an excellent barbeque for those mild Cypriot evenings.
The open plan lounge is located at the rear of the villa overlooking the patio and pool. The lounge area has a large seating area, whilst the dining room can seat up to ten people for a formal dining occasion.
The kitchen is also open plan and is fully equipped including granite work surfaces. Extra facilities within the kitchen include a coffee maker, microwave and fruit blender.
On the lower floor there is a large screen cinema room with an excellent selection of films. This is sure to keep both children and adults occupied for hours.
Alternatively on the top level of the villa, there is a purpose built, secluded, sunbathing area. As well as soaking up the sun it is a great place to get a birds eye view of the Aphrodite Hills and the Paphos coastline.
To top off this amazing villa, it has a full lutron lighting system which controls the lighting together with music and sound. This is then pumped out through the various speakers dotted around the rooms and the patio/pool area.
