On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan living/dining & kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area easily seats 8 people.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 twin room on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms on the first floor. These bedrooms consist of 1 double room and 2 twin rooms. The double bedroom comes with a four poster bed and has its own en-suite bathroom and veranda. The two other bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom but each have their own veranda.

Air conditioning units are installed in all bedrooms and the living area. This is included in the price.

The outside area of this Cyprus holiday villa consists of a beautiful 8m x 4 m kidney shaped swimming pool,
sunbeds, umbrellas, poolside shower, table and chairs, a portable barbecue and private parking.
