This beautifully decorated holiday villa in Sotogrande enjoys superb views across the resort and out to the Mediterranean sea.
There are five bedrooms in total at the villa. The beautifully decorated master bedroom, on the ground floor, has an en-suite bathroom and large doors opening onto the garden.
There are two further double bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, both leading onto the garden. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a huge terrace with superb views out to the port.
The spacious living and dining areas lead on to substantial entertainment areas on the covered terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a superb study area, which is decorated in Moorish style.
A feature of this holiday villa is the swimming pool, which overflows over a rock wall. There is a poolhouse with a seating area, a double bedroom and a shower room.
ADSL (broadband) internet connection with WiFi
The house comes complete with live-in staff who will clean/cook and also maintain the garden and pool area. Their working hours are from 9am to 4pm and their days off are, Thursdays and Sundays after lunch. If you require them to work longer hours, their charge will be €7.00/hour, with payment made directly to them.
If the housekeeper is asked to cook for lunch and there are more than four people occupying the house, a cleaning woman is essential. As this is optional, the rate for the cleaner would be €9.00/hour, payable locally.
